Well if you read it then you would have seen that what they are working on is the Bridges & Ports expansion to go live in Q2 2025 and more radio stations.
And with that they are also working on bugs as they can, I assume (based on the patch notes patterns they release).
And of course we're getting a few more Region Packs very soon. Yes, while those are outsourced to outside artists they still require CO personnel to add things in there to make it work.
Sure. I don't disagree. I would like bug fixes and new content added to the game every week. Even if they tell you all these things, would it change anything? Perhaps you would be inspired to play more? Play regardless! :)
Anyway, hopefully you get/find what you need. Have a good one.
That would make the game already now almost the size of 100 GB and would definitely increase the minimum/recommended system requirements.
Is this really what you want ?
The Content Creator Pack DLCs were also outsourced.
And I get the feeling even the B&P assets might be outsourced as well, only the new ingame functions this DLC is supposed to implement might be really created by the devs.
This expansion has been complete for a long time, they just don't want to release it as long they get a bad reputation and a 50% rating on Steam.
Very few bugs are fixed and more are introduced.
The region packs have been complete since 2023 and were supposed to be a marketing incentive . But they couldn't release them as long as the full asset editor wasn't released. They finally found a workaround at PDX. Noone at CO is working on these region packs. Not a single employee. All the post-production work is done by PDX with PDX_Peanut as Content Creator Manager.
This! I keep trying to play it, and get annoyed when I have to keep remaking intersections when in the previous game I could save and reuse them.
