Electricity bottlenecks after the update?
Well, the town of New Breakfast just went past 40,000 population and was set for greatness but after this update, the previously smooth electricity network has bottlenecks everywhere and it's not pretty, anyone found this and fixed it yet?

That was after several hours removing mods and trying to get the whole thing not to crash. Apologies if this has already been covered, I had a good look around to see if I could spot an answer first!

Do not know. Make sure you're using the transformers on both sides of a bottle neck and power high voltage lines connecting them to generation sources. The low voltage line, which which all buildings draw power from, cannot move electricity indefinitely, so it's important to place transformers and run high voltage lines to them, to get around this. It's likely that the numbers that determine a bottle network got changed, so you'll need to rework your power network.

Nice one I'll give it a go thank you!

I'd just put some wind turbines in the ares with bottlenecks myself. Cheap, and easy to place, with a reasonable output.
