Couldn't agree more.
Would I buy the game again knowing what I know now? Hmm yes, at a deep discount (like I did) but it comes down to what type of a player you are when it comes to city building games.
Now, huge caveat, my game has been stable and crash free (unless there was a mod etc that made it unstable) so there is that factor to consider as well. If my game was crashing all the time and I did not have the skills to figure out all the workarounds needed to make it work then I would hate the game, of course.
Anyway, none of this helps you as everyone is different. Later.
SC1 was a lot better.
SC! actually has a lot more players on Steam, even though it is a much older game.
SC2 managed to be an expensive downgrade.
They are launching yet more DLC for CS1 and a subscription service while sticking two fingers to all of us that purchased CS2.
BYE BYE CO, PDX.
I AM DONE.
