My city has a rotary at almost every intersection. I have zero traffic. The city looks like it was made by a child with a crayon drawing circles with lines between them.
But theres no traffic
Be nice if those tools actually work. However they don't. Your civs don't care about your rules.
I only have roundabouts at important intersections, on smaller intersections, and in high-density areas, they cause more damage than they solve.
And I noticed something worse.
Sometimes the traffic goes to the turning lane, begin to turn, and immediately go back to the main road, while they should have stayed in the two middle lanes.
Especially if I have a forbidden left-turn... then they go right and then do an instant U-turn, making more of a mess than the left-turn would have made.
Oh wait..................
