How your update 2 lane to 3 lanes or 4 lanes highway and roads? In new cities skyline 2 game

PIck the road you want to upgrade to, to the far left where there are options regarding roads there should be an upgrade button. You click then then highlight the section of road you want to upgrade.

You can also use that to change the direction of one ways by upgrading and dragging in the direction you want to go in.

The same applies to multi lane roads that are 5 or 7 lane for drag and apply. Also when upgrading roads like to medium or Large you can pick which side of it to have increase on.

Also with Highways they can be swayed in a direction you want before applying the lane or road upgrade.

Bus lanes are like this too instead of placing you goto upgrade when selecting bus lanes in the bus transit section and do upgrade and can pick where the bus lane goes on medium or large roads. One way small roads little difficult to do so atm.
