How to upgrade to ultimate edition?

Hi everyone, I was wondering how to upgrade to the ultimate edition after purchasing the basic game, is there an option available to do this? I was looking through Steam and I can't find it.

I originally bought the basic game a couple of days after the launch day because I didn't have enough money to go for the ultimate edition. (I mean, £70 from the start, too much..... I have bought the 1st game and most of the DLC's for it, but I did it in separate occasions and at reasonable price, but I digress...)

There is only 2 options, the basic game and the ultimate edition, so I tried to click on the ultimate edition option in the store page to see if it shows more info like "you already have the base game, go here or there for just the upgrade", unfortunately there is nothing, the option for purchasing it for myself is greyed out and there is only the option to buy it for someone else.

Would this mean I will never be able to upgrade and obtain the extra packs which comes with it? is there or will be any other way to obtain this upgrade?

thank you everyone, CO have answered the question in their Steam news page. https://steamcommunity.com/app/949230/allnews/ , it seems it will be available to purchase at a later date when they start releasing the DLC's, the UE bundle in the shop is just to have it directly available when is ready at no extra cost.

Ultimate edition should be free for everyone because we paid full price for an early access unfinished game.
