You see... I do not understand this function at all. Every single resident house has room for parking. This is why they are designed as such. Why didn't they implement those spaces for parking instead of streets and parking lots?
Using parking lots are also best if you use a ROAD that turns and then connects to the parking lot. In real life most parking lots do this. They have a single road that goes tot he parking lot. The parking lot is not EXACTLY on the main road.
If cims can't find a place to park they will keep circling back over and over again until a parking spot opens up. Which leads to major traffic problems. Build more parking.
Nope, I have twice the parking spots as I require them. So that's not it.
Also, building a long road purely dedicated to parking doesn't solve the issue either, it just clogs the lane that will turn to that alley.
