Constant slope when building roads

I don't know which of the mods I have installed enabled it but for a while there was an extra set of road tools available on the bottom left side of the screen each time you picked a road to build and among the few options was 'constant slope' which literally is a game changer because roads looked very smooth when using it on a slope. But now it's disappeared. Does anyone have any idea part of which mod it was?

The easiest way to achieve this would be by using the slope landscaping tool before you lay down the road. Use a narrow brush, and make sure that is you want curves, that they are "graded" by the landscaping tool first.

It's the Anarchy MOD. It has some issues and the author has taken some functionality out so he can fix it. Hopefully it will be back very soon.
