Why is low density residencial always so poor?
It doesn't seem to matter what I add to the city, but my low density single-family homes are always extremely poor. Anyone know how to make them wealthier?

I think the logic is somewhat flawed or has a bug. If you create enough and I mean A LOT in lower land value areas, eventually it gets a little better. If you look at the rent values of lower density compared to higher density, it is WAY out of proportion. I guess from a realism perspective the amount of land volume for low density does far outweigh higher densities but still.

are you sure you arent missing something? practically my entire city is lvl 4-5 including light residential. Make sure they have coverage from all services and add entertainment. Use the land value overlay to check the overall value. Even if they have all services etc it will take time for them to get enough money to upgrade
