copy/paste?

hey there...ive bene playing cs1 and now cs2 for a little while and one thing that never occured to me is to check if there is an option to copy and paste objects. particularly a selection of roads or tracks. like if i make a nice intersection and want to make it the same somewhere else cant i just select the creation and copy without having to deal with editors?

Cosmic Sea has Cities: Skylines II

There was in the CS1 move it mod. Not sure if that has been brought to CS2 yet, I haven't played the game in a while.
