UK Medium Density Housing issue

for some reason my town just refuses to zone Medium Density UK buildings.
if i rezone it with EU or America It works and starts building. is this a known issue?

Yup, they screwed it up, of course. Multiple issues being reported with the UK pack, the complete collapse of housing being one of them, along with problems in commercial and industrial demands as well.

I had the reverse. They build the houses but the IRC was not going down, So they build endlesly without people move in lol. I just uninstalled

Same here, it's a bug i suppose. A breaking one for a themed uk mod.

bye bye homeless helped a bit, but I uninstalled the uk pack in the end to make it work
