The population is not increasing at all!!!
Good evening mayors!!! I am facing the following problem:
The population of the city is not growing at all. The map I'm using is "Archipelago Haven."
It seems that around 5,700 people move in every month, only 4 leave, monthly deaths are around 170, and births are at 474.
Taxes are low (6% C/I/O) , and housing taxes are scaled based on educational background (1-9%). However, I have 3,167 (!) homeless people, and all transportation modes I've implemented so far are only for external connections (bus, train, and ferry).
Is this a bug, or is it caused by one of the mods? Has anyone else encountered this, and how can it be resolved? See additional information below. Thanks!

I think this may be the homeless problem that they have not solved yet. Go to dev mode and select Disable Homeless. You homeless will drop after a few moments. After that, just unselect it and wait. It doesn't seem to work like it used to - enabling it gets rid of the homeless but they come back even if you leave it selected. Just do this occasionally!

Even my city with 230K no longer has any residential demand and is actually slowly shrinking no matter what I do! The city is perfectly organized, all parameters are "green"

Not only here in this forum, but also in the error reports, there are more and more statements that there are problems with residential demand.
We don't yet know what the ultimate cause is, but I think it's likely that after the last game update, a "creeping" process is bringing urban growth in large cities to a standstill. I think the game mechanics have probably been changed.

Thanks for your answer, but at least it doesn't work for me. :steamsad:
