Lazy Bums
My citizens have a work phobia. It's weird. I load a saved game and my hospitals, recycling centers, police, fire, etc. are well staffed and happiness abounds. A few minutes playing and citizens quit work, call for ambulances and trash piles up. I save, reload and they're back to work for a few minutes before they leave again. POP 86k.
