Hey, my city is new (after the update) and it was perfect until I hit 12k population. No one want to come to my city? The happiness is maxed, there are many jobs and the taxes are 10%.

Is there anyone like me? Or know what should I do? (I have connection outside the city via buses)

No, the default price 8$ and too many people are using.

If you can, ot would probably be worth while running pax trains to all your neighbouring cities - and set the fare to zero for a while.

I had the occasional downturn in population here and there. I reduced taxes for the uneducated and poorly educated to about 7% and the rest to 8% to make them want to come. From memory I charged them more for electricity to make up for it. Don't have the game open so am not positive. When you click on housing make sure they don't have any minus points. If they do, try to rectify it ie add a school, provide entertainment, medical and police when you can afford it. I charge my residents bus fare $10 to go outside the city and $5 for city circle and loads are still taking the buses. Perhaps check your farms and factories etc to ensure the jobs are full before building any more? Education is important too. Just my experience.

I tried mod called "bye bye homeless" and fixed everything. I don't know why? I have many empty houses and work places... But I'm not complaining if it worked :D
