Road Names not Sticking to Stops

I would like to know if there have been any discoveries to associating a road name to bus stops, for example. We are given the privilege to change road names when we build them, and I know there is already a current issue where roads are renamed when you add another road to it, or when the road is extended to join another road. (That is still annoying)

However, I am referring to bus stops placed on roads that were renamed. When you click on a stop or when you look at the transport route map, the "address" of the stop still shows the old name, even though that is not the current name of the road. I guess I am just bummed because that was not an issue in CS1, and it makes it harder when I am looking at my stop patronage and I have no idea where these stops are, because they do not copy the name of the road they are on.
