is enough. I completely give up on Cities Skylines 2.
It's just unplayable. It's totally broken in every aspect and section

If it's not the traffic, it's the public services that doesnt works. Houses that lose connection to the street. Every day there is something

The straw that broke the camel's back is that the game has completely collapsed when it reaches 80 thousand inhabitants.

It asks me to build factories, shops and offices in an uncontrolled manner. I have more offices and factories than houses and inhabitants and it still asks me for more. On the other hand, I have ZERO demand for housing at the same time that the game tells me that there is a lack of workers. The demand of all density houses dropped down tu zero in seconds and never come back. It doesnt matter how many things I try

The game has crashed and is not able to manage so many things. It's the only explanation.

It's impossible to enjoy under these conditions and on the other hand the game gives you no room for creativity because then it breaks even more.

I played Cities 1 more than 600 hours, Cities 2 is absolutely disappointed.

Good luck to all of you still playing. You're going to need it.

What about the 400+ bugs confirmed by CO and hundreds more they can't bother to confirm, most reported last year? Is there a mod called CS III fixing the game?

Got home last Thursday, and after a little rest I'm back back to city building. Still feel bad for everyone having the problems described on these forums while I am sitting back relaxing with a Fraser Valley map developing nicely.

Those bugs will get fix eventually but it probably will need a while to iron all bugs.

I have quite a lot of hours in game, in most issue like traffic i take them as part of game play and challenge. Even CS 1 there are issues like car never used more than 1 lane if you don't do lane maths and it never get fixed.

But all those can just simply consider part of game play

It's not wrong tho, there are base game issues but there are also issues with mods.

And mods increase complexity of bugs exponentially. It is often easier to debug and find the issues is from mod than the base game because you can simply stop using that mod

Sure, in 5 or 10 years.

Good for you. I wish I could be in complete denial of everything's wrong in this game. I tried very hard the denial road for a couple of weeks after the release. Unfortunately, reality caught up with me. Good luck, though.

Everyone keep referring to Mods. We should be able to play the base game without Mods. I agree it's unplayable after the Econ patch. Shame on you content creators for glazing over this disaster. I hope the access or pay was worth it.

Yup, and I simply wondered what mods so i can test them, if I have not used it/them. Simple question.

Fraser Valley map? Where did that come from?

I've been gaming for more than 30 years and I can somewhat accept mediocrity like you, but CS II is trash, Just like CIM2 was. CO doesn't know how to make a sequel.

Sorry, didn't see your question until now. It's in the Paradox Mods/maps. The only "mod" I've ever used. Fraser Valley boasts tons of flat land, good resources, and even boat service. You could likely make a gigantic sized city on it.

edit: I just checked to make sure I had the name correct. It is. Interestingly, I noticed there are actually two maps with that name. I'm playing on the Fraser Valley by Labov.
