Once i reach 60K population next decline of population

Once i reach 60K population people start to leave my city every single business and industry looses labours. I played 4 times with new fresh start and still having problems once reached 60K population

thiss is a bug with poeple in your city that not have a home. u can fix it by creating a way for the poeple to get out side the map.

some things to fix it -
1 create a bussline to outside the city with 0 TICKET COST.
2 create a train line to outside the city with 0 TICKET COST.
3 make a road to the map edge so they can walk out.

as soon you have don 1 or more of things to fix it. you will see poeple moving back in the city.

Hello.

In my case I always play with unlimited money

All my public transport is free (train, bus, tram, plane, boat...), including the ones connected out of the map. the main reason it was to reduce as much as possible the traffic in the map

Everything was ok until I reach 80k population. Suddenly the demand of houses drop to cero and I am loosing population. homeless and many people are just standing like a statues doing nothing. They are not leaving the city

Yes. i have several public transport that goes out of the map tickets free

there are 3 lines of buses
2 routes of planes
2 lines of trains

Also all my towns/cities are inter connected via train and bus (also ticket free)

Cant use mods. I am playing via Geforce now. The mods are not compatible

There's no overlay to find out how many homeless. I read that as well as the bus lines you should delete all parks until the issue is fixed. I charge $10 for my buses and they still leave.

Just use Bye Bye Homeless mod. Fixes the issue, over about an hour of game-play. I have a city of 800k population. It runs really slow, but at least it works.
