The only way to stop this is NEVER EVER invest early into a game before it's released and when released watch video reviews and let other people buy and test it. After a week or two after release you should get a better feel if the game is worth buying or not. This way studios have no choice but to release a game worth buying.

Said that 1000x in reddit before launch. The fan boys were so insane any hint of "don't buy early access" or any discussion about the game was heavily down voted. I wonder where they are right now.

I'd love to know where the first timer idea came from. Colossal Order have made the Cities In Motion series as well as Cities Skylines 1

You think if they had the same staff as then, this mess of a game would be released? i bet most of them went on to other jobs and interns made this game, that is my cope at least.

They also banned any critical of the game and have pretty much abandoned the game, the eco update didn't do much to fix.

Just returned to the game after sometime to see if any improvements and nope, crashing, and I have a new gaming laptop. Lesson learned for me as well, and also never purchasing another game from this company! This company has no shame :(
