Park Maintenance Depot: Zero Vehicles In Use

I've come to realise that all my parks and other leisure such as stadiums and ball parks are all at 0% maintenance causing low attractiveness and no interest by the population. I had one park maintenance depot built and never noticed that it never dispatched vehicles. Later found that a bunch of garbage trucks got stuck inside so i fixed the pathfinding issue and still no maintenance vehicles.
I have now built 5 more depots to monitor them and one with 7 extra garages. park funding is at 150%. Still nothing.
Nothing I do is working and my whole entertainment area is like a ghost town. I have searched google and steam discussions and it seems like no one else is having this problem?

I have got the same issue, and I can't find anyone with a solution. I also do not get tourist, probably because the maintenance isn't good/working?

I have build about 5 depots and al together it will be about 80 maintenance vehicles.

I loaded the game of my wife, if i build a maintenance depot in her city. They will drive out. (her city has about 10000 people. Mine has 77000) Maybe there is an issue with bigger city's?

I have tried a couple of things:
- like deleting self made parks, didn't work
- deleting the depots and rebuilding them, didn't work
- deleting all the depots, save the game, exit the game to windows, reloading the save game, rebuilding the depots, seems to be working now.. (i hope this works for you too)

Anyone found a solution to this please? Started a new city after the update. Have about 13,000 population. Park Maintenance not sending out trucks.

I finally (after many onths) did resolve this issue in my save. When i went into the Park UI, i could see the few park maintenance vehicle out running, but also one stationary . The stationary one i placed as a PROP, but it still showed up in the PARK UI as a maintenance vehicle. I marked the vehicle (still in PARK UI view) and then deleted it, and all the other Park maintenance vehicle drove out and all my parks finally got serviced. Hope this help others to.
