Game not connecting to Internet
Is anyone else having an issue with the game not being able to connect to the internet? I am definitely connected because I can play other games through steam and they work fine but when I go to start up Cities Skylines II it will not load my mods and then it eventually times out and says I am not connected to the internet. Anybody know whats going on here?

Do you use a VPN? I suspect Paradox, who host the mods, have set strict filters on their cloudfare which might block some VPN's. If you have split tunneling feature set Cities.exe to bypass the VPN and it should solve the issue.

Unfortunately I do not have a VPN connected. Everytime I load the game it disconnects me from the internet.

I have this problem since the new patch. I dont know why, disactivating mods cant solve this problem.
Funny thing is, that is always disconnect, when i load a map.

Any one got a fix for this? Just started happening for me and I’m unable to connect to the internet. The WiFi drops on my pc until I exit the game

This might also be a windows issue as I have the same issue with Firefox when watching twitch and other streaming services, unless I close and restart Firefox I basically have no HTTP internet connection to anywhere else, not sure why but it's as if the browser hogs all available bandwidth and doesn't release it for other programs as for CS2 I've had no such issues with it.

Yup, This is exactly what happens to me. I have spoken to CO and Paradox and they have no idea why this would be happening...
