Have you download the bulldoze mod tool to remove sub items on buildings, that could help you

From what I can tell there's usually a very short road segment somewhere in the broken part. I've seen it in places I've had crosswalks close to an intersection. It'll leave a sub 8 meter nub sitting there that breaks everything in the area because you can't update the intersection or segments that it's connected to.

Yeah, could also be a disconnected electricity end or similar. Zoom right in and look for any artefacts, and also look underground for anything buried where it is giving you this message.

You need to select longer segment. I've had this with pedestrian bridges etc. Can't delete one segment but can delete whole bridge.

If you click something will the bulldozer, and it says "overlapping items" keep holding the button and LOOK where it is red. If you want to delete that thing, keep pressing the button and drag it over the segment marked as red and then release the button and both will be removed.

The game is a bit picky when it comes to stuff like that, even removing pedestrian crossings with the tool can say "overlapping items" and you have to remove whatever is red to be able to use the tool...
