Had a few issues like this a while back. It was incompatible mods. Not sure if this is your issue. I've heard there's Skyve, but have never used it so can't help there. I just clicked 'continue' three million times to get in, then removed the offending mods, created a new play set with mods that are safe and it's been okay ever since.
