Clear the left over documents in installation directory and under username/ Appdata/Locallow/Colossal order folders restart your pc then reinstall the game.
If you reinstall only without getting rid of old data remnants, weird things can happen.
Especially if you had installed some mods back in the past and don't use them anymore.
Their remnants could still be there and causing conflicts even if not subscribed to them.
The game was more stable for me before the Economy 2.0 update as far as crashes are concerned but, again, I can't replicate the issue.
I disabled autosave and it still crashed within just a couple minutes. This time I was drawing out a bus line.
I also just tried disabling DLSS and instead of just exiting, I got a popup with another NullReferenceException.
It looks similar to the last error I posted. It does seem to be less stable when overlays are active but it's also crashed without any action from me.
I appreciate everyone's input! Thanks for the suggestions.
