Same. My city has fewer than 20k people with no mods, no frame rate issues, and my PC isn't heating up at all. The game seems to crash with no obvious cause and I can't play for longer than 10 minutes at a time before it just exists. I'm playing a new city after the Economy 2.0 changes.

just do clean uninstall,
Clear the left over documents in installation directory and under username/ Appdata/Locallow/Colossal order folders restart your pc then reinstall the game.

I reinstalled the game and it's still crashing. It seems to be most consistent when an overlay is active like when I'm placing a service building. Notably, it crashed when I was placing a water treatment plant and a comm tower. This time my new town is under 10k population. Graphics drivers are up-to-date as of today, too. Not sure what else to do.
Same. I am not using mods, did a clean reinstall and the game still crashes after five minutes. Every single time. And no, my computer is not a potato! This is starting to become a pattern with Paradox games, the same thing is happening with Victoria 3. Crash after crash after crash.

did you also do what aksoyazcan mentioned ?
If you reinstall only without getting rid of old data remnants, weird things can happen.

Especially if you had installed some mods back in the past and don't use them anymore.
Their remnants could still be there and causing conflicts even if not subscribed to them.

I did. All of my old saves were deleted, which is fine, and I never had any mods to begin with. I imagine it's some uncaught exception somewhere but I can't replicate the issue consistently. I've kept an eye on CPU and GPU usage and it doesn't look like a memory leak. I'm obviously in the minority here because this is the only recent post I saw about random crashes so I must be doing something differently.

The game was more stable for me before the Economy 2.0 update as far as crashes are concerned but, again, I can't replicate the issue.

Finally got some error output

I also CTD without any errors after Eco 2.0

What fixed the constant crashing every few minutes on a new install and city for me was disabling auto-save in the game settings.

I disabled autosave and it still crashed within just a couple minutes. This time I was drawing out a bus line.

I also just tried disabling DLSS and instead of just exiting, I got a popup with another NullReferenceException.

It looks similar to the last error I posted. It does seem to be less stable when overlays are active but it's also crashed without any action from me.

I appreciate everyone's input! Thanks for the suggestions.

More errors. I think my save is corrupted now
