Sorting speed over max on Post Sorting Facility solution?

My Sorting speed is over the max on Post Sorting Facility. I'm also in the orange on mail service availability. What is the solution? Do I need more regular post offices?

Looking at the patch notes, mail sorting remains an ongoing WIP.

There was nothing about mail sorting in the patch notes...

To OP: Your facility efficiency is 112%, meaning it will sort 12% more than capacity is.

You probably need more post offices and mailboxes. Sorting facility has very little unsorted mail.

Thanks. I also don't use districts, but will just try and add more post offices.

Patch v.1.1.7f1:

• Made improvements so Post Offices can now receive varying load sizes of mail. Additionally, delivery vans can transport mail.

I have red areas in my city i am approaching 90,000 i have planted mail boxes, post offices and dist centers and it still stays red,

You are technically correct.

Top one is an adjustment to old, big post office due to change needed in the system because of the small post office. Small post office has with the extension, max 15.000 capacity for mail and as the old system moved mail around only in semi-trucks with 25.000 mail loads, it wasn't possible to deliver mail to small post office for delivery.

Sorting facility hasn't changed in any level during these patches.

Mail sorting, or the mail sorting facility? In either case, you are, again, technically correct.

I'm not sure what your point is, here. They are clearly still working on the in-game system for mail delivery/sorting. It was two out of three bullet-points in patch 1.1.7f1. While my post could have been worded more clearly... I really don't have the energy to deal with pointless nitpicks.
