low density residential in mid-game
at the beginning you ofcourse only have those buildings to build, but later on, like now, when i reached >70k citizens i so often get the little icons that the buildings that the owner left the buliding / the rent is too high. If i click on all those buildings, the people are totally poor.

WTH?! These are nice buildings, with a garden, if you are poor, well, get the hell out of there and let someone in who has the money. But the game doesn't do that, the buildings get abandoned and the only solution was to get rid of all the low-density buildings and replace with them with other zoning.

Why does the game even do that?! Doesn't really make sense to me and means i can't build any low-density buildings wherever i want.

well, my city has many unique buildings, it's a pretty wealthy town i would say, with lots of income (+350k and 40 millions total) through products, oil and farms and low taxes (6-8%) for people without or low education + very happy people (dark green smiley). That said, I didn't seem to find any taxes for specific buildings.

At first i simply removed those buildings with the popups and new houses where built, but this was just a constant loop of a task to do. Yeah, it seemed indeed the more richer and healthier my town got, the more of those icons poped up.

Could this be an indication of homeless people being employed and people with houses being unemployed? That can happen.

like said, i clicked on many of those low-density buildings and they were all totally poor, which indicates they moved in poor , the wealthy citizens are in the higher-density buildings...doesn't make that much sense or let's say it's more common that richer people move into houses with a garden.

i also have the social welfarce office, not sure if this should help those poor people to pay their rent or what effect it even has for the citizens.

I can't get any more residential applications, yet taxation is negative, I subsidize them and my town is happy dark green face bottom right.
As a result, I have a lot of factories without workers...
any ideas?
