also: I think the monthly budget is "in theory" like it's precalculated from your statidtics...
the hourly rate on the other hand seems to be a meassurment of the last hour which goes up and down alot as not everything is paid hourly, its not the average hour its the last actual hour .
Monthly budget is a prediction based on previous month.
Hourly rate is in theory monthly / 24. In game one month is 24 hours, each hour is a day.
Hence it is possible to have actual money going down whilst trend still shows upwards.
