Half of my asset mods are not loading.

Before the patch, I had the problem where occasionally my road mods wouldn't load, and I'd have to restart the game and try loading again and then they'd be there. Now, I can't figure out how to get all my assets/mods to load. 9/10 times one or more of the mods that I need to continue building my city will not load, then the 1/10 times another mod won't load so I'll need to restart, after which the other ones won't load. I've tried reinstalling mods, restarting steam, resetting load order. No matter what, only part of the mods I'm subscribed to will load. Anyone know any fix? I have about 40 mods.

Asset mods are purely experimental and considered unstable, and of course are not officially supported. You will need to contact the mod authors for advice, especially since asset mods have dependencies that are likely to break with each new patch.

I believe it's more that the game itself is not loading mods on startup or on game load. That would be a game glitch, especially since it randomly seems to pick mods to not load.

I can't even get the camera to move or zoom with my mouse anymore after today's update. this game is completely unplayable now. They just make this game worse with every update. I now refuse to even play it until they return mouse function and stop trying to force me to use the keyboard over my choice of using my mouse. I really dislike using the keyboard compared my controllers and mouse as it is way less precise and I hate the sound of the keys clacking

Yeah that's a possibility. I've only heard about it happening, never experienced it myself so don't know if there's a solution.

You do know mods break saves and the mods themselves till they get updated by the author after a major patch, right? Right? RIGHT?

or is this your first time playing with mods?

This was happening before the patch, with mods that were updated on June 24th or later. It has been a constant problem for me with mods but it got especially bad after the last patch. Even with mods that were updated since the patch.

Same problem here. Its like all my code modes wont load anymore, just shows as big white blocks on the map, Move It just isn't there on the menu. I've restarted and restarted. Using Skyve to check for issues, updating mods etc, disabling mods with warnings etc.
Used to be an occasional problem, now its 100% all the time

BETA, it's a warning for a reason.

Advice?
In the box which I run mods I do a clean install after every patch or hot fix then throw my last save ai it.

It's where any BETA tester like you are should always begin.

No use to complain after we see a clearly marked warning. Just make your Beta report and start over. That is the bare bones of participating in a Beta program that we chose to join.

Wash rinse repeat, it's the Beta routine

I understand it's BETA. I know there will be errors. This isn't a complaining post. I'm asking if anyone has any fixes.
