Other more annoying one is homeless people not leaving the city as long as you got parks or other leisure attractions in your city. This will eventually mess up residential demand and job availability. Simple fix is not to have any parks etc. but that's not ideal at all.
Other than that, it can be quite enjoyable game. And bit more challenging after this Economy 2.0 update.
It turned from build the city however you want into use certain meta tactics to make profit. This definetley need to be more reworked, otherwise you have to really get into it when you want to build a functioning city since you also have to manage your city way more carefully.
Also they need to add a more detailed tutorial of how this stuff works otherwise you rely on online guides or external ''tutorials'' to get a deeper understanding.
Personally if you want a more casual city building expericene go to Cities Skylines 1.
If you want more of a challange in management try Cities Skylines 2.
I think the game still needs more time to deliver a good experience in my opinion.
Commercials are fine, it's the offices that have this issue.
50 - 60 FPS and normal sim speed. 14900K + 4090.
How's your crime rate and criminal count? Does it indicate a homeless problem that also causes hit on the performance.
