Game just keeps crashing, Mods wont load
Have to say I am reaching the point of no return. Game had been crashing during loading, and I walked away for a couple of weeks. Decided to try again and completely reset my PC. Loaded Steam from scratch, loaded and installed CS2 fresh and got it to load into a Steam save. No Mods will load. None. Four or five times I have tried to start again. Mods dont exist.
I can run game for a bit, but then it just crashes. Is only a 15k city I am loading in. Is it just dead now?

Colossal Order and Paradox are really well funded developers and publishers, so I doubt CS2 will be discontinued. This release was a big mistake, but it will take lots of resource to recover the game. I can't see them halting development without a greater backlash that would absolute ruin both companies' futures. CS1 sold 12 million copies, CS2 has sold over a over million so far. With sales for CS2 are over 30 million dollars, there's no justification to cut development, but they slow it down in order to fix mistake (We hope).

The best solution is clean out those mods and start over.
Its half baked.

It's more than likely assets that are causing it. Delete all the assets here %USERPROFILE% \AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\\CustomAssets so you can load the game and then unsub from them. Most of the mods seem to be behaving but the assets aren't playing nice.
