If you are talking about screenshots you took with F12 key,
Go to Library and click on the game(cities skyline II)
Scroll down, and on the right side of the screen, you should see the screenshots you took.
Or, you could click on "View," it's on the top of the screen, and then choose "Screenshots."
You can see most recent photos, or you can filter by game.
