I have the same problem. If i close all error messages (approx ~50) streets and buildings are lost :(

That's right

This is your graphics card not playing ball. Make sure to have it running at a stable clock, fans are engaged and drivers are all up to date. Next, update .NET framework. Last effort: remove audio driver via device management and reinstal audio drivers.

No, my graphics card driver and .NET8.0 are already up to date.

I've reported the bug to the developer, let's wait and see what happens.

I've got the latest reply from Paradox Interactive
If you have the same problem, you can try it

Taking a look at the DXDIAG report, I see several instances of BEX64 errors. You can check out the below threads for more information on the BEX64 error and workaround steps to fix it:
Fix Problem Event Name BEX64 in Windows 11/10 (thewindowsclub.com)
Tips To Fix Bex64 Error Windows 7 - Daemon Dome
[FIX] Bex64 Error with File Explorer and 3 Party Applications - Appuals.com

I also see a couple of Windows-related errors in there. Please make sure that Windows is fully patched up to date, then run this Windows repair tool:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system

Furthermore, a patch was released for Cities Skylines 2 recently. Updating the game to the latest version might just be the solution to the issue you're facing. So, I highly recommend giving it a try! You can check out the patch notes here: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/patch-notes-for-1-0-19f1-hotfix-steam-microsoft-store.1622775/

I hope these steps help, all the best!

Kind regards,
Kenny

Same problem here. Did you fix the problem w/ their support?
SSHXS Apr 23, 2024 @ 2:13am
FIXED:
https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/nullreferenceexception-object-reference-not-set-to-an-instance-of-an-object.1667397/

On your search bar on your computer type: %appdata% and press enter

There were three folders on appdata I was able to find it through LocalLow, - Colossal Order -- Cities Skylines 2 --

Delete CustomAssets folder and, if you have any other mods that are stuck delete the mods in the mod folders.

IT IS A PROBLEM RELATED TO THE MIO ROAD PACK MOD. PLEASE DO NOT USE THAT FOR NOW. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE MOD CREATOR TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE.
