You cannot find CS2: Beach Properties
Steam Says "Notice: At the request of the publisher, Cities: Skylines II - Beach Properties is unlisted on the Steam store and will not appear in search."
as it is becoming free if you left a review the easiest way is just to check the review and you will get there. Anything else I missed?

Good way how to hide what happened. The future customers would not be aware that the Beach DLC fiasco ever happened.

Typical PDX and CO censorship method - just delete a history and pretend it never happened.

Edit:
Link to Beach DLC page still works, unlisted but working at the moment

Edit no.2:
I tried to add it here, but Steam is breaking it on purpose, so you cannot click on it.

That's not really Paradoxes or COs fault but how the Steam storefront works.

They have to take it down so people can't continue to buy it whilst they process it as an FLC on top of refunding - everyone that bought it.

Once it's back up, the negative reviews will stay. Except now it's an FLC so sort of pointless.

Good way to cover up and get rid of all the bad reviews.

I really want to know how Valve is even allowing this to be possible. Has Valve lost their integrity now?

Every developer can unlist their products. Nothing new to this and complete legal. I hope the review reappear after re-releasing the free dlc

It will not be flc, it will be added to the base game.

They could have simply made it flc then when they processed refunds and removed the content from accounts people could have simply re-DL'd the free version and continued using it. This was done to remove the reviews, and because it will be part of the base game, they will not ever be back.
