Come on Colossal Order, lift your game, and get yourselves a decent testing team - with QUALIFIED testers to get you at least to the beta testing stage - not just to Alpha!
Look at all the evidence on software testing - https://www.ibm.com/topics/software-testing is a useful primer for testing. In particular, your bottom line would be better (and your customer satisfaction MUCH higher, if you just concentrated on the section regarding "Why software testing is important", and throw in "Software testing best practices" for good measure.
I'm an ex-IBM GS manager, and my credentials include leading IBM-GSA to Level 5, CMM Certification, for what it's worth.
It happened when I played around with the game options menu. After trying to resume, the UI all of a sudden was gone.
It's not only the UI which disappeared, even the keyboard inputs did not work anymore, so the only thing left I could to was closing the game with ALT-F4.
