Non stop ONLY Hi Residentual demand

Something odd with it for me. Once I hit city level 3, the game stopped demanding low residential and started demanding nothing but Hi res. It never demanded medium ever. Just went straight to Hi. Whats really odd is this is the first time the game ever demanded a level of any type of building before I unlocked that level. I am still at least two city levels away from unlocking Hi res buildings.

It sluggishly will build medium res and barely builds low res buildings at all. This is completely opposite of every other city I started.

The game wants you to build low income housing, it’s considered high density. I understand your confusion as it’s not stated anywhere

Oh, so your saying the slum housing? Dam, not once did the game demand that from me before. I was just thinking what a waste those buildings were. Thanks for the tip. I hope your right.

Well, The game immediately built 2 slum buildings and No one moved in but it brought my demand to zero. But it's zero for everything. LOL.
