Extra Landscaping Tools - No surface option?

Hello there!

I am using the integrated mod installer, and I cant find the Extra Landscaping Tools the Surface option, as it is the one I was more interested to use, to make prettier the in between of the buildings and making better park areas without awful blank spaces.

Is it normal? or are they going to add it in a future with a more stable version? Or in the contrary, developers wont allow this kind of content going in to their game as it rivals their super thoughtful DLC of 10 houses?

you are looking for a texture painter, not landscaping tools

There is no surface mod yet, but you can do it via the dev menu.
Look for youtube tutorials.
