Getting this Error message box after trying to launch Cities: Skylines II. The message has an option button to "Continue" or "Exit Game", only function that works is to Exit Game, can not bypass error message or even access CS II main menu at this point the game can not be played. Was able to remove all mods from Paradox Mod Library also tried to uninstall and re-install CS II thru Steam to no avail. Please help resolve this issue.

As far as I know, this is caused by your gpu. All you can do is clean it, make sure fans are at a decent curve, the drivers ate up to date, update .net framework and the audio drivers (maybe even by completely removing then first) and then try again. I used to get this in cs1 with my 970gtx when pushing to hard. Sometimes your hardware is not up to the task, no matter how hard you try. That being said, your experience can improve when checking every aspect of the hardware
