Refund?
I can only recommend that everyone, no matter how long you have played, make a refund about the support and the way they deal with customers, otherwise Steam will not do anything to stop the scam.
Be polite and constructive with your arguments and just give it a try.

If you manage to get one, come back here and post exactly what you wrote to Steam Support to get the refund.

Otherwise, you're not harassing CO. You're harassing Valve.
You want "Polite" and "Constructive"?

Okay.

Dear Mucke.
Yourself and many others on this game have well exceeded the 2 hours (or) 2 weeks limitations from which VALVE determines your eligibility for a refund.

Thank you.

I'll probably get a rejection but that's not the point, it's that Steam/valve starts to react.

No, what will happen is: the refund bot will reject you instantly as it should.

Even that will be noticed and if not it was 2 minutes of work, better than another 60 hours of annoyance.
They literally created the refund approve/reject bot precisely to *not* deal with the tickets, requests, or complaints. You're trying to use a system which has no human interactions, and was seen as something VALVE wanted to be rid of, as a method to contact.

You'd have better chances emailing Gabe Newell's business email address.
(Gabe is apparently a lovely person and actually listens to customers.)

and yes he has the power to put changes into VALVE and Steam. He owns them for reference.

Thanks, I'll try it, maybe others too. I am of the opinion that things simply cannot continue like this.

I second this, I emailed him about a game before and he personally opened a ticket for me and explained it to those managing the tickets to give me a refund.
