I have DLSS turned off and I run on max settings, but my game looks like sim city 2000 (im exaggerating of course). It's like it renders the models in 240p.
This is probably my main frustration with the game tbh. I feel like my choices are between pixelated and blurry. But I just assumed that it was my graphics card showing it's age.
My CPU is running at about 85%
my GPU running about 90%
But my game is still going slow - even though im not topped out.
Last night i played and my city was showing several power bottlenecks out of no where. I fixed the bottle necks and then my game started running at normal full speed - with 700K population.
Its the first time in months this city has run at normal speed.
I saved the game. then loaded it up today (no changes to mods etc) and the game is back to crawling. but this time without the power bottlenecks.
Is it possible the CPU is working fine but that there is some sort of corrupt network etc that is messing up the speed of my city?
I have gone through my 320k city destroying pedestrian crossings and remaking them, I can report an improvement I think its got something to do with pathfinding
