Deete the game (use the settings app (the grey cog wheel), and step down through Apps>installed apps, and look for the "Cities Skylines 2" app. Click on the ... to the right of the name, and select "Uninstall"
Delete any material associated with the game (look for "C:\Users.<your_username>.appdata.LocalLow.Colossal Order"), and after backing it up somewhere safe (just in case), delete the whole Colossal Order directory.
That should get rid of all of it.
Find and download Skyve for CS2 and make sure that you don't have and mods in playsets. Delete if found.
Use Skyve to rebuild your Mod list, making sure that you ONLY add Mods that don't have any problems (those where there are no warnings or alerts associated with them)
Be aware that it is a sensible idea to NOT load any new Mods until they've been around for at least a week, to give the community the opportunity to test them and report back any that are likely to crash the game.
There, you will now not get as many crashes (no guarantee that you won't get ANY crashes - that's one of the joys of being a Beta Tester.
Good luck
John
