removing mods the hard way

I have a mod that's throwing errors saying some stuff is missing, but I can't delete it as the only option is to exit.

How do I do this?

Search for the mod path (location) and delete the mod from there. While in the process, ensure the game is not running.

woulda been a lot easier of the mods were on the workshop

well CS2 is broken with its mods; can't find the folder anywhere and since there's no workshop its officially unplayable, uninstalled and reinstalled... KMA

There is a workshop, it just is not on Steam ( which would make it only available for players using steam) but on a Paradox site.

And perhaps look for the mod folder here
C:\Users\[Your username on PC]]\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II

already looked there; only shows 4 out of 37 mods; I can't get access to the rest of them

I thought that was the Skyve II, so I deleted it! But I still can't open up CSII..!! Can anyone tell how to re-install the CSII ?? I only purchased with the code but now the code was lost..!! what I should do then? anyone can help?
