MODS not working, any suggestions?

I haven't been able to play the game for about 2 weeks now because non of the mods except the custom maps work anymore. I have tried to uninstall both the game and the colossal order folder but it ain't working. I have tried to limit myself on only the essencial mods however that ain't working either. Have anyone found a solution to this yet? Am I the only one having this problem?

Edit: I appreciate all suggestions however none of them worked for me. I guess I will have to go back to cities skylines 1 for the moment and wait until some new updates

When you open the game, open mod manager to activate your mods before loading/starting your game

I must to be install the "Unity-Editor" to see some Mods.

Qutting the game and restarting it always fixes this for me.

You should need the Unity-Editor only for making mods, not using them. Which mod does require the Unitor Editor?

Have you also deleted the files in this folder
C:\Users\[Your PCusername] \AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Mods

Yeah deleted everything and then redownloaded cities 2

From my experience. My mods always appear eventually. But almost never on the first time I load the game.

I've found the following things to be helpful...

When the main menu first opens. Always wait until all of the messages about mods disappear before doing anything.

If I enter the mod manager (in the game) before loading the map. That sometimes fixes the problem.

Exiting the game, then restarting and loading the map fixes the problem almost all of the time.

We shouldn't have to do all of this stuff. But the mod system is still beta. So it is what it is.

Download and run Skyve, and remove any Mods that it questions as likely not to work for you. Then use Skyve to construct your playlist, and try again, using the playlist you just created.

Download and run Skyve, and remove any Mods that it questions as likely not to work for you. Then use Skyve to construct your playlist, and try again, using the playlist you just created.

I have tried skyve but it crashed when I go into the compatability report

I'm sorry, I use Skyve regularly, and I have yet to see a "section where you see which mods are working and not"
