Where is promised performance boost for low end PC`s ?

Am i missing something here? When they announced DLC and patch they stated that lower end machines will receive boost in performance. All i can find is slightly lower CPU usage and exact same FPS like in previous patch. Did anyone of you got some FPS boost with this patch?

Here are my specs:
GPU: nVidia Gigabyte GTX 1060 6 gb
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: Kingston Hyperx 2*8 GB ( 16 gb )
Kingston 500 GB SSD
Windows 10 home 64 bit

Still making around 20 fps on medium settings with low level of detail and Fog DOF and motion blur disabled Was hoping for few more frames after I watched CCP video where he found some significant fps boost for similar card like mine ( RX 580 )

25/03 update : I have RTX 3060ti, 32gb ram, i7 running on 1080p and the game still running like a rotten potato after 50k population (40fps MAX). Just forget about this game and uninstall.

Make sure the pre rendered frame setting (Max latency) in the game is properly adjusted. The lower the number, the less FPS and GPU use. The higher, the more FPS and higher GPU use you will get

Ok i just tested maximum frame latency - Its set to 2 and with setting on 3 i get same FPS. With set to 1 i drop 3 frames. Thanks for suggestion tho.

2 frames per minute gain isn't enough for you? What do you expect? 30fps or something ridiculous like that?

You are way under the recommended specs, and to be honest, even the listed RAM is low too, I personally would recommend minimum 32 GB RAM.

Lower end machines will receive boost in performance they say. And my PC is lower end machine ( but above minimum ) so I kind of expected some performance boost?

If there were performance increases, and CO was a competent organization, you would have seen proof of the improvements - from them.

I expect it becouse they stated we will get performance boost for low end machines......
