Class action lawsuit
I feel this company needs to repay everyone for this game. I am offended by this so called game,. How can you introduce a game inferior to its predecessor and keep promoting this, Damn thiese companies need to step up, Admit and refund or this company deserves to fail. You sucked an amazing amount of money out of people looking for something more,. You didn't just disappoint, you insulted us.

So you want your $50 back because the graphics are a bit better and the road tools are far better than c:s1. Was C:S 1 perfect on launch? Nope.

Class action suit, if successful, would result in about $30 million for the lawyers, and a half price future DLC for all the customers.

That's suggesting some of these people wouldn't rather the lawyers get the money than CO at this point.

Yeah, whatever lawyer gets is fine with me. I want a precedent, so game studios would consider risks before releasing unfinished or falsely advertised products.

Then again, getting at least $30 back is better than getting back nothing at all since CO/PDX refuse to address or even acknowledge refund requests...

Unfortunately, we, as "the gaming community" are too lazy to take any actions... So class action suit is unlikely and PDX knows it pretty well :(

Yeah bro, the lazy fake gamers will just sit in irrelevant comments forums somewhere on the internet having impotent fantasies about ill-defined legal actions that they fantasise could magically get them money back for a product they feel mild dissatisfaction with, as if they knew the first thing about liability or civil procedure.

What they should really do to stick it to those big millionaire dudes at Paradox, with their yachts and their girlfriends and their enormous commercial success, is change their usernames to something like "Paradox is the sux0r" so that the world knows what really smart people think. Share price (whatever that is) will be like 10 eurocents by tomorrow.

That'll show them.

Nah bro, this is like the genesis of how we fight back against Paradox.

Like, our boycott of all of their games except for the latest one and the DLCs for our favourite hasn't worked.

So we need something else to really stick it to Fred Wester and the rest of his board, like, just because they're incredibly rich and can afford to spend their weekends pounding aquavit shots off of the lithe physiques of their six foot Swedish model girlfriends while pretending they don't care about our words here on random Steam threads doesn't mean that they're better than us, the True Fans.

If we all change our usernames to, like, "Yo this time I really am boycotting PDX, for real I'm not buying any of their games till they are at like a 10% discounted sale" that'll absolutely break them.

A class action is not possible under the Subscriber Agreement)) For me, this is not a question of money, it is a question of my rights to acceptable product quality and objective advertising. These rights are guaranteed to me by the law of my country and they have been violated in my opinion. My lawyer submitted a written statement to the Consumer Protection Committee and the Advertising Committee of my country.

Nah bro that lawyer, who is totally real, has just checkmated Fredrik Wester and his billion Euro board member buddies!

Didn't you read? He's just written a letter, which is also totally real, to a vaguely specified government regulator. Which is also totally real. It's like game over for Paradox now man.

Like, what are you going to do now Fredrik? With your vast amounts of money, one of the most successful companies in Sweden, your gym-honed six foot four physique, and your nightly romps with unattainably smoking hot Nordic hotties, huh? Like, what are your options?

You've got some random dude on the internet, with a REAL lawyer writing REAL letters to a miscellaneous government agency demanding his Geneva Convention right to "objective advertising". Like, you're totally screwed dude. Kiss your private yacht and multiple homes on three different continents goodbye!

You think that Skylines 2 will be a huge commercial success that sells DLCs to an army of willing buyers for a decade after Slinbkk is through with you? And that people will just moan on the internet but keep on buying regardless like they always do? After the LETTER?!

You need to think again bro!

Read that in Gronk's voice and it was awesome
