Tramway VS Metro/Subway ?
Wich one is better ? I don't see why i should use Metro when the Tram is doing the same thing for cheaper. Yes the Metro can be underground but what else ? What are the differences ?

Actually... You can create separate tracks for the tram. I never tried but you can prob go under ground with those as well and just come up for stops.

Metro isn't affected by road traffic.

Subways I think have a higher top speed. Trams, if you build them on the roads are limited by road speed limits and they can be affected by traffic. Not sure what the top speed of trams are when you build them their tracks separately or elevated above a road.

Metro can also be built above ground and elevated over roads. Both seem limited though with just one track going each way.

A station having multiple platforms and tracks going through it is I think where the advantage of normal trains comes in plus being able to bring in outside tourists and commuters.

IIRC subway also has more passenger capacity per vehicle.

It's not really a question of one or the other, if you're using a metro to do what you'd use trams to do it tends not to work so well (and vice versa). In fact ideally you'd use the two together with trams taking care of your local neighbourhood and the neighbourhoods connected via a metro network (as opposed to a bus + taxi based system, the main consideration between the two being road traffic).

Your problem is traffic, tramway is limited by traffic so it defeat the reason. So subway is much better.
My population use subway more that bus nowadays which reduce traffic alot.

Only if you're building the tramlines on the roads. Of course, being able to build them on roads rather than having to remodel half the city is part of their appeal.
