If I were buying a laptop for this game, I would buy the best mobile GPU available, the best CPU available with at least six cores, and at least 64 jigabytes of RAM. And, the biggest 1440 screen possible.
And, though it appears that some don’t agree with Tech Jesus and enjoy the janky performance, many would say that this game is crap and advise you to wait a year.
The problem with laptops is that while you can pack a lot of power into them, they always have problem dissipating the heat generated under heavy load. The game is both CPU and GPU intensive, it should overheat any laptop within minutes and lead to throttling.
Intel® Core™ i9-11900H; RTX 3060 - was running fine for hours.
Yes.
Try Intel 89890k and rtx 49090ti
BTW game looks like an early version of CS:1,
so people are just heating their room for ugliness.
I recommend playing classic Cyberpunk20077 nowadays,
to get a feel for great game graphics,
regardless of genre.
My opinions.
Laptops are less efficient than their desktop counterparts in terms of gaming, despite having the same graphics cards, the desktop version will always be more powerful due to a stable power connection and adequate fans.
Besides, you can't upgrade laptops, I mean I guess you could, but if you break the plastic, there go your laptop. It's very difficult to re-assemble everything.
I would highly suggest buying a desktop for gaming instead.
I played the game on 3440x1440p with high settings with my RTX 3060 Ti, 16gb ram intel core i7 12700F, the game runs at 40fps without any cities, but it turns to a CRAP 26fps with 50,000 pop.
