Need a way to delete vehicles

I got few vehicles just parked in the middle of my highway and block the traffic, I clicked on them and there is no passengers only 1 pet in one of the cars, LOL. So basically they just parked there. I have tried upgrade/downgrade the road, lift/deepen the terrain, destroy then rebuild the road, but the cars are just there.

happened to me once, although in my case bulldoze the road got the vehicule unstuck as it had to re-route.

Many times. Or their workplace if they're going to work. I've also bulldozed the roads in front and in back of them and left them stranded until they despawned. You can also get in front of them and bulldoze and build temporary roads until you get them isolated outside of the built-up area and them leave them there.

This vehicle stuck on middle of road happened very often. Sometjme j need to delete that section of road to break it

Open Steam, go to your Library, right-click this game, go to Properties. There, go to General, and you will see a Launch Options.
In that text box, enter
-developerMode
Leading dash, only capitol letter is the M, no space and don't hit ENTER, no 'save settings' or anything needed, just hit the X in the top right corner and go back to your Library and start the game.
When it is running and ready to play, hit the TAB button.

Can someone confirm that this works? If so... that's most likely going to save my city as I have several "glitched" vehicles refusing to move even when deleting roads. they're just stuck -_-
