Anyone else having trouble with Police/Fire/Ambulance not responding to emergencies?

For some reason everytime I have a fire, car crash, crime scene, emergency services will spawn IN OTHER CITIES and drive into my city via highway.

Meanwhile I have a hospital, police station, and fire station, yet they wont respond to emergencies?

Maybe report it as bug in the Paradox forum and give them your save file to check it out. Because I do not see this in my game.

Have you tried assigning the stations to the district the emergency is in? I had an issue with a fire department responding to a fire ACROSS TOWN before dealing with one RIGHT NEXT DOOR because I had stations assigned to that district but forgot entirely to make a district on top of the location with the station + fire.

Their are bug with police parcours in the city when buying the big establishment of police. There are no more cars in the city doing their job

I also find that the fire trucks, etc get stuck just short of the accident in the very backup caused by the accident... so the accident takes forever to despawn..
