how to fix unaducated unemployed
with "unemployed monitor" mod I finally understood why so many people was unemployed.
So I got 8% total unemployment but 87% of them are unaducated (13k people), school are at 50% of capacity, so why so much people don't go to school ? and is there a way to find work for them ?

Because cims first have to visit Elementary school to not be uneducated. And they can only do so, while they are children.

I have seen jobs for uneducated also in offices. Not many so. So I suppose almost everywhere are a few jobs for them. But any business would also need some more educated cims to function I suppose.

Well going to school can easily fix being uneducated. Perhaps try it?

so the only to resolve my probleme is to wait until all those uneducated adult dies, and get fresh children ready to be educated ?

Get more cims to move into your city, get more industry and so more jobs, and so also more jobs for uneducated. And make sure all children can attend elementary school. I think some are going to drop out (not sure about it) , so that would mean, there are always some uneducated cims.

Just keep bringing in new cims, by expansion (build new housing etc), and the uneducated that can't be "saved" will simply age out and die off at some point. Just make sure to have enough schools in place for any new cims from here on out.

The game moves pretty quick. For example elementary kids graduate in about 6 months which means 6 months in game is about 3-4 "real-life" years, so yes, people grow old pretty quick in this game so your uneducated problem should go away pretty quick from old age :)

Probably not the answer you were looking for. I wish we had "adult" schools for those that missed elementary etc to catch up later in life. Not sure what such a school is called in English though.

I'm trying a more brute force approach myself. run "uneducated" taxes all the way up to 30%. they'll either go to school, or move away.
