Why do buildings collapse?

I am using the Economy rebalancer mod and some buildings (medium density houses (not row) and hight density low budget houses and industrial buildings keep collapsing from time to time.

it did not happen to row houses nor low density houses or any commercial.

What causes buildings to collapse?

My guess is that the mod isn't directly causing the collapses, rather whatever it's doing to your economy is causing people to move out of those buildings. Empty buildings receive no maintenance funding from their would be tenants, and subsequently fall apart. Check your RICO meter. what is your Medium and High density residential demand at?

Same goes for empty industrial and commercial buildings. If no company is renting the property, the building doesn't get maintained, and collapses.
