What's wrong with PDX Forum and CO?
They've removed my post and banned me on forum because of posting the deep simulation moment I had. Ignoring our complaints on paid-product has become their habit. They lack the sense of shame and become more disgraced day by day. CO has lost its reputation and deserves to be called Colossal Scammery Co.

Cities Skylines 2 is a great game, not.

"You have been banned from EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Community Hub by a member of Steam Support for your post in "EA SPORTS FC™ 24 General Discussions":
I will look for something that isn't too woke.
Life is too short - I wish everybody a nice time in the game nonetheless."
I've posted six times, I think, and I've been 'warned' three times.
They can take their forums and place them firmly and quickly right up where most folks prefer things aren't.

I don't know why I'm so surprised. Maybe because they are so brazen? Also, it's opposite of, "oh yeah, sorry, our "game" sucks drippy tits and we'll change it to early access and fix it."
I also wonder if it's a potential legal problem, giving that they've locked tech support for the games behind registered forum users. Since they are now going around banning people for months at a time for simply liking a post, and those people can now not receive tech support for a product they purchased, I imagine it exposes Paradox to liability.
Out of curiosity I checked. I can access support.paradoxplaza.com (online support), and www.paradoxinteractive.com (the shop), and mods.paradoxplaza.com (mods platform) all logged in. It's only the forum I'm banned on. So they got that covered it appears.

cs2 proves that game idriustal is hell. they sold you a falsely advertised product, even an unfinished one, and there is nothing you can do about it at the moment. only agreeing to such treatment is even worse, because nothing will ever change in this matter.

Can you imagine buying a piece of furniture from IKEA and only getting its basic, skeleton construction? then wait a year for corrections and additional, finished elements?

The game industry is truly a free bandit in this field.

how misleading advertisements can be taken off the air etc but not in this case. In any other industry this might not be possible. but here they have freedom.

It was only CS2 that made me realize this, even though I had already been a victim of similar tricks, as probably each of us.and there will be many examples
But how is liking a post breaking social rules? I didn't do anything but like Dale's post, and got a blanket 1 month ban.
I'm not sure how it works. Can you %100 know it was the like, and not something else?

ask me and I'll ask you. This is something I always bring up to the community manager as a holy grail for solve problems. you signed these regulations by registering on the forum. We don't even have access to the account because you can't log in to it practically you don't get any info about ban. I don't want to create another one and ask to get banned again after 5s for "questioning the moderator's decision", I still use my old account for Stellaris etc, and I wrote worse things there than on CS2 subforum. CO conducts censorship there and nothing else. their world is supposed to be perfect, so I don't believe they will ever fix the simulation. it is already "as dissgned" because that is the only thing that can be read from their behavior how they threats any topic about "no deep simulation"

Its most likely Steam moderator and/or Steam dev/publisher community moderator bans. These bans only have effect within Steam.

This is about the heavy handed censorship going on in the main paradox forums, not here on steam.

It does seem like you can submit tickets through support.paradoxplaza.com even if you're banned on the main forums. You have to wait for an official response rather than just posting in tech support forums, but I guess it does work.
